Strategy can and should be learned. It is too important to remain shrouded in confusion at best, or downright ignored at worst. Strategy is meant to be discovered, navigated and activated by people. An intentionally strategic organization will reach its full potential and is ready for tomorrow's dynamic reality. Strategy is meant to work.

The strategy problem
Strategic capabilities are core for organizations to thrive. Yet strategy often remains stuck in the boardroom or misunderstood on the floor.
Strategy reimagined
Strategy should work.
When strategy is looked at as a capability, where the top and the bottom of the organization come together, where concept and execution meet, and where solid frameworks and creative iterative sprints co-exist, it becomes a core organizational competence and the cornerstone for organizational success.
A healthy strategy is essential
The WEF's 2025 Future of Jobs report is clear: the most critical skills for the foreseeable future are strategic. Organizations who know how to create meaning, inspire change and turn vision into impact are the ones that will thrive.

Your Strategic D.N.A.TM
Strategy is the organization's Dynamic core
Strategy is the art of creating unique and lasting value.
The ability to create and sustain value is hardcoded in any organization, but it takes effort for it to be expressed. The Strategic D.N.A. of healthy organizations comes alive through intent and coordination. Strategy flourishes when the right building blocks come together and are matched with the right competences and culture.

About Dynamic Strategy
Dynamic StrategyTM is a boutique strategy consulting practice aimed at helping organizations discover their strategic best in concept and execution. We believe that a successful strategy is the key to unleash the full potential of an organization and that organization-wide strategic competencies are essential for long-term success in tomorrow’s environment. As real-world practitioners we have developed and executed strategies for 20 years in organizations big and small all over the world. We think of strategy as a verb that can be learned—and we commit to training you in it. Strategy is at the core of what we do.
Our strategy consulting is built around one simple conviction: great strategy changes what’s possible; when it is clear, grounded, and lived all the way through execution.
At the heart of our work is a genuine fascination with people and ideas that matter. We are drawn to leaders and organizations who want to build something meaningful, useful, and enduring. We are curious about you, attentive to your context, and often able to see patterns, tensions, and opportunities others miss. Watching ideas and people grow into their fullness is where we find real satisfaction.
A personal note from the founder
I’ve always been drawn to structure and clarity: spreadsheets, clean slide decks, compelling narratives, clear frameworks, and coherent plans. Early in my career, I found clarity in methodically defining goals, tactics, and measures of success—and I was good at it. Over time, this evolved into a deeper interest in helping teams, projects and operating units articulate opportunities clearly and make impactful strategic cases at the highest levels of leadership.
What set my work apart, I learned, was an ability to translate between perspectives: understanding what executives and Boards need, while staying grounded in the realities of teams, customers, and operations on the ground. As my responsibilities expanded and I stepped into leadership roles, I also encountered an important truth: even the most elegant strategy becomes messy the moment it meets reality.

Learning to lead through that mess—through successes and failures alike—shaped my understanding of strategy profoundly. I came to see that clarity and complexity are not opposites. They depend on one another. A strong strategy must be both beautiful in concept and resilient in execution, and is ultimately sustained by the people who live it every day. Helping organizations and leaders live out both dimensions of strategy at the same time, and coaching them to succeed in that tension, is work I genuinely love.
I hold degrees in sciences and economics, am a certified strategy & implementation consultant and a licensed practitioner of The Big 5 of Strategy competency assessment. The Big 5 of Strategy is the world's first assessment designed to help leaders, teams and organizations understand and bolster their strategic strengths. I am part of a growing movement that believes strategy deserves better and that strategy consulting is overdue for a revamp—people-centered, enabling, action-oriented, dynamic. Strategy should work.
Over the years, I’ve also grown deeply interested in the meaning of work itself: why people care, how purpose fuels performance, and how organizations can become places where responsibility, creativity, and stewardship come together. I believe the workplace is one of the most formative environments in modern life, and that when strategy is aligned with purpose, it has the power to unlock extraordinary focus, energy and results.
